"J'avais peur de ne pas trouver de logement convenable une fois sur place, et après en avoir visité quelques uns qui ne me plaisaient pas, j'ai opté pour IRIE Location.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié la salle de bain (grande, propre, lumineuse, avec laveuse et sécheuse) de l'appartement Bob, la grande cuisine, le patio et la terrasse. Je recommanderai à un ami car nous n'avons rien à gérer et le loyer est très correct."

"Un beau condo bien équipé situé un peu loin du métro, mais dont le confort compense largement. Les commerces à proximité sont vraiment très pratiques, et le parc pour le sport est assez proche. Le propriétaire est réactif, et communique très correctement. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien"

"That was amazing stay at this apartment! It is very clean and very well furnished. Location is also great near to a large place Boulevard where everything is available. Good restaurants are nearby as well. It is a little bit far from metro station, but there are buses around that can get you to the station in 10 minutes. Cristina was a very pleasant host and responded very fast to any question. Check-in is really easy with self check-in ! Thank you very much for a great time! "

"Merci à Cédric pour ce bel appartement. De très belles chambres, l'ambiance y est paisible et plutôt calme. Quartier sympa mais il faut marcher un peu pour aller dans les commerces... Métro le plus proche côte des neiges. Boulangerie sympathique Pain dore. Vous avez un bus le 129 qui vous emmène jusqu'au métro dans la rue en face parallèle à la rue Decelles, plus facile pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop marcher."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement non loin de l'université de Montréal. Il est très spacieux avec 3 belles chambres de bonne dimension. Toutes les fenêtres donnent sur le jardin et un petit balcon permet de prendre le café en extérieur. Le bus est à 2 pas (Numéro 161 à l'angle des rues Van Horne et Decelles) et vous conduit au métro en moins de 5 minutes ! De là, toutes les destinations vous sont permises de manière simple. La décoration a été joliment pensée dans chaque chambre, tout l'électroménager est à disposition.Comme vous l'aurez constaté nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! "

"Si vous allez à Montréal et que vous ne connaissez personne, ça sera clairement une très bonne expérience. De plus les recherches d'appartement à Montréal peuvent être très longues puisque les photos sur les annonces ne disent pas tout, avec IRIE Location il n'y aura pas de mauvaise surprises. Le gros point fort/bonus c'est vraiment les colocs, la sélection opéré par IRIE Location permet de ne pas tomber sur n'importe qui n'ayant assimilé aucun code de la colocation"
